Sub-Plot 7: Sowed Broad Beans - 8/02/07
Sub-plot 7 has had the beds prepared for sowing and planting by digging, weeding and raking level. John Rooney and members from the project have planted broad beans. Organic fertiliser (chicken pellets) has been added to nourish the soil.
Shed & Greenhouse Have Been Repaired - 6/02/07
News - February 2007
After the recent storm with it's high wind speeds, our newly acquired greenhouse had suffered a bit of damage, losing 10 panes of glass that were swept 10 feet away from the structure. Remarkably no panes were broken! John Rooney kindly repaired the damage and the greenhouse is now back as it should be.
